Basement Conversions

All our basement conversions include a waterproofing system designed to comply with BS8102:2009. This installation provides a habitable environment in the basement, ready to be renovated into a bedroom, lounge, cinema, store room or anything else you require. Not enough head room? We have specialists who are experienced in underpinning, and can lower the floor level to accommodate your needs. Haven’t got enough space? We can excavate other rooms to create additional space in the basement, completing all structural work required.
